"The Hanover Dragoons
Camp #827, SCV"
March 2005 Meeting

Compatriots & Prospective Members,

We had a great attendance at our March Camp meeting! Great show of faces by our Camp Compatriots. Let’s repeat it in April & bring a friend/guest!

During our March meeting, we were honored to have as our guest speaker, local Hanover County Historian (and SCV Compatriot) John Frawner. His topic "History of Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, VA" was VERY interesting!

I look forward to seeing each of you at our next meeting, Wednesday, April 20th at Slash Church. Social time begins at 6pm, followed by dinner, guest speaker & then Camp business. Bring a friend/guest and come on out for some food & fun!

Our guest speaker will be National Park Service Ranger Mr. Christian Fearer, who will talk to us about the “The Seven Days of Significance”. This is sure to be an informative and very interesting discussion. I look forward to seeing many happy Southern faces on April 20th!

We are continuing to steadily grow with members both young and young at heart.
Come out and enjoy the fellowship of fellow Compatriots and some great food.

Confederately,
Robert T. Millikin, III
Commander
